About Shipping from RMC


For digital products (downloads, license key access and account subscription creation) most orders are fulfilled within 1 hour after payment confirmation. Allow 24 hours in case of issues with delivery systems. If you do not receive your digital product(s) as expected, please contact Customer Service at 952-846-4484 or info@rmcls.com. Include your order number with any communication to speed resolution.

For physical products, orders placed with payment received are usually shipped within two business days. We do not ship physical products on weekends or the US holidays listed below.

RMC observes the following US holidays and will not ship on them:

  • New Year's Eve (December 31st or adjacent Friday/Monday)
  • New Year's Day (January 1st or adjacent Friday/Monday)
  • Presidents' Day (third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th or adjacent Friday/Monday)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Black Friday (Friday after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th or adjacent Friday/Monday)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th or adjacent Friday/Monday)

For orders that include shippable items, shipping confirmation emails will be sent as we prepare your item for shipment. This confirmation email will include a tracking number (if available) for the carrier used. Note that the tracking number may not show location information until after the carrier has begun transporting your shipment. There may be a delay in carrier reporting of tracking information.

Shipping Fees


RMC ships from a warehouse located in Massachusetts, USA. Fees for shipping are based on negotiated rates with carriers and will vary based on product weight, dimension, shipping zone and the type of service requested. Shipping can be estimated prior to placing the order by adding products to the cart and entering Country, State/Province, City and ZIP/Postal Code on the cart page.

Final shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and will be visible and available for review prior to completing your order.

To comply with United States tax law, any applicable taxes will be applied to the cart total including shipping fees.

If placing orders to be shipped outside of the United States, please note any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon import are borne by the customer and are determined by the country of import. Feel free to contact your local customs office for further information or import fee estimates. See our Billing Terms and Conditions page for more information.

International shipping fees are frequently higher than domestic shipping fees based on carrier, service selected and distance of shipment.

Shipping Destinations


RMC ships to most locations around the world, however we have a network of international product distributors authorized to distribute RMC branded products locally. To find a provider in your area, click here.

Orders with the billing or shipping countries of "Iran" or "Russia" will be rejected and canceled without notification.

Orders with the billing or shipping countries of "Nigeria" can only ship prepaid by Money Order or Wire Transfer.
